ENTerms and Conditions
1. Introductory provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the seller UVee, student company (Gymnázium Dominika Tatarku, Školská 234/8, Považská Bystrica) and the buyer. We are part of the Junior Achievement Slovakia educational programme. Our activities simulate real business operations for educational purposes.
2. Products and prices
We offer the following versions of the UVee Box:
- White Standard – €18.00 (matte white finish)
- Black Premium – €20.00 (matte black finish)
- Special Edition – €24.00 (hand-painted design, 3 styles)
All prices are final (we are not VAT registered).
3. Order and contract
- The purchase contract is formed at the moment we confirm your order by email.
- By placing an order you confirm that you have been made aware of the price, these terms and our privacy policy.
4. Payment and delivery
We offer the following secure options:
- Payment: Bank transfer (in advance) or cash on delivery (+€1.00).
- Shipping: Courier to your address (€4.60) or Packeta pick-up point (€3.40).
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. The goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
Process: Notify us by email at support@uvee.sk and then send the goods back to our registered address. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. After inspecting the goods we will refund the money to your account.
6. Warranty and complaints
We provide a standard warranty on our UV box. If something doesn't work, send us a description of the defect and a photo at support@uvee.sk. Complaints are handled within a maximum of 30 days.
7. Final provisions
These terms are valid from 1 January 2026. We aim to resolve all disputes primarily through friendly agreement via our customer support.
