We didn't take UVee Box's effectiveness from the internet — we proved it with our own school experiment.
As part of our project, we carried out a microbiological experiment in our school laboratory. We cultured bacteria taken from a smartphone surface before and after disinfection with UVee Box on Petri dishes.
The procedure was simple, but the results spoke clearly. After a single 8-minute UV-C cycle, the number of visible colonies dropped dramatically.

Yes. UV-C radiation at 260–280 nm wavelength acts on microorganisms, not electronics. UVee Box is used on the outer surface of the device, not on internal components.
One cycle takes approximately 10 minutes. After it finishes, switch the box off. We recommend disinfecting at least once a day — for example every evening before bed.
Items up to the size of a standard smartphone (max. ~17 × 8 × 1.5 cm) fit inside. Ideal items include: mobile phones, earphones (AirPods etc.), USB drives and other small personal items.
Yes. UV-C radiation damages both DNA and RNA of microorganisms, making it effective against bacteria, viruses and moulds. This method is scientifically proven and widely used in hospitals and laboratories. Learn more in our Experiment section.
Our box runs on batteries (AAA — not included in the package).
All versions have identical functionality and UV-C technology. They differ only in finish: White Standard (matte white, €18), Black Premium (matte black, €20) and Special Edition (hand-painted design in 3 styles, €24).
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 working days of receipt. Courier delivery to address costs €4.60, and to a Packeta pick-up point €3.40. Cash on delivery adds a €1.00 fee.
Yes. You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Just contact us at support@uvee.sk.
