Your privacy is our priority. Below we explain how UVee handles your data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

1. Who is the data controller?

The controller of your personal data is:

Legal form: Student company within the Junior Achievement Slovakia programme.

2. What data do we process?

We process only the data necessary to deliver your parcel:

  • Identification data: First and last name.
  • Contact data: Email address and phone number.
  • Delivery address: Street, city, postcode.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data on the basis of contract performance. The purpose is to process your order and deliver the goods. Providing this data is voluntary, but it is necessary for us to be able to deliver your order.

4. Who do we share data with?

Your data is secure. We share it with third parties only to the minimum extent necessary for logistics:

  • Packeta Slovakia s. r. o. (pick-up points)
  • Courier companies (home delivery)

5. Retention period & Cookies

We retain your data only for as long as is necessary to process your order and deliver the goods. As UVee is a student company with a defined lifespan, all personal data will be securely destroyed by 30 June 2026 at the latest, unless statutory provisions require archiving.
